Shipping & Orders
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates vary depending on your order’s weight and destination. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Only stickers for now! Were still figuring out how to ship bigger items internationally :)
When will my order be shipped?
Packages are shipped every Sunday!
Orders placed after 12:00 AM PT on Sunday will be shipped the following week.
If anything comes up and we are unable to ship on Sunday, orders may be sent a little earlier or later than usual
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard Lettermail
Within Canada :
- Local: 2 business days.
- Provincial: 3 business days.
- National: 4 business days.
- Rural: Can add additional time (up to 7 business days or more)
International: 4-6 weeks
US: 5-7 days
Tracked Bubblemailer [Chitchats]
Within Canada: 2-8 days
International: 5-22 days
US: 2-6 days

What if I don’t receivet my order?
If your order was shipped via untracked mail and gets lost in transit, it is unfortunately outside of our control.
If your order was shipped with tracking and appears to be lost, we will contact Canada Post to investigate the issue. From there, we’ll do our best to work with you and resolve the situation based on the outcome.
What international fees (taxes, duties, customs, etc) must I pay?
Some countries may charge customs fees depending on the value of the items in your package. Please note we do not cover any of these fees
What is your return/refund policy?
All items are considered final sale once delivered, meaning they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
However, certain situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What are Wonky Studios stickers made of?
Our stickers are laminated for extra durability, which makes them waterproof and UV resistant.
They’re great for things like water bottles, laptops, phone cases, notebooks, and more.
They can also hold up well through normal use, including being placed on water bottles that go in the dishwasher, though we still recommend gentle care when possible to help them last even longer.

Are your products handmade?
Everything is handmade aside from the process of printing and cutting the stickers!

Do you do custom manufacturing?
Yes! Please get in touch with @wonkyprints__ on instagram or @wonkyprintsph__ for orders in the Philippines
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom orders?
Nope! We do go by sheet (8.5x11') for our pricing. This should be approximately 12pcs of 2' stickers.
